This role would build the financial and operational backbone of Liso, from financial planning and reporting to the operating processes that keep a growing company running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Own financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for the company.
Build and maintain core business operations processes such as vendor management and compliance calendars.
Partner with the CEO on fundraising-related financial materials.
Establish scalable financial and operational systems appropriate for an early-stage company.
Support cross-functional teams with operational and financial analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years in finance, business operations, or a related role, ideally including startup experience.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Comfort building processes from scratch in a resource-constrained environment.
High attention to detail and integrity handling sensitive financial information.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting fundraising processes at an early-stage company.
Experience in music, media, or creator-economy businesses.
Familiarity with relevant compliance and reporting requirements for an early-stage company.

What Success Could Look Like
First 90 days: reliable financial reporting cadence established.

No specific degree is required. We weight demonstrated experience, judgment, and outcomes over credentials.
Work Authorization
Must be authorized to work in the United States. Liso does not currently sponsor employment visas.
Travel
Minimal. Occasional travel for team offsites, industry events, or partner meetings may be requested.
