Applicant Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Liso.xyz (“Liso”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information you submit when you apply for a role with us. This notice supplements our general Privacy Policy and applies specifically to job applicants.
Information We Collect
When you apply for a role, we collect the information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, location, resume/CV, links you choose to share (such as LinkedIn or a portfolio), your answers to application questions, and your eligibility/work authorization response.
Why We Collect It
We use this information solely to evaluate your candidacy for the role(s) you apply to, to communicate with you about your application, and to maintain records required for lawful recruiting practices.
Resume and Document Handling
Resumes are validated for file type and safety before being stored in a private, access-controlled location. Resumes are not publicly accessible and are only viewable by authorized recruiting personnel.
Technology-Assisted Review
Liso may use software tools to help organize and evaluate applications against the specific requirements of a role. Any such tool is a decision-support aid only. Final hiring decisions, including any decision not to move forward with a candidate, are made by a human member of our team, not by software alone. Protected characteristics (such as race, sex, religion, national origin, disability, age, or similar attributes) are not used as scoring criteria.
Service Providers
We may use trusted service providers (such as our website host, email delivery provider, and, if and when approved, a resume-scanning or AI evaluation provider) to help operate the recruiting process. We do not sell applicant information. We do not use your resume or application answers to train general-purpose AI models.
Retention
We retain application records for a limited period tied to legitimate recruiting and legal recordkeeping needs. Retention periods are subject to internal review and are not indefinite.
Your Choices
Applying to a role does not sign you up for marketing communications. If you would like to receive occasional company updates, that is a separate, optional choice you can make on the application form. You may ask us to correct materially inaccurate information in your application, or ask about the status of your data, by contacting us using the details below.
Accessibility & Accommodations
If you are unable to use our online application system, or need an accommodation to participate in our hiring process, please contact us and we will work with you on an alternative way to apply.
