Effective October 13, 2026.
1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and Liso.xyz, Inc. (“Liso”), a Delaware corporation at 6203 San Ignacio Ave., Ste 110, San Jose, CA 95119. They cover liso.xyz, app.liso.xyz, gig.liso.xyz and related services (the “Services”).
By using the Services you accept these Terms and confirm you have read our Privacy Policy. If you use Liso for a company or band, you confirm you can bind it to these Terms.
2. Who can use Liso
You must be at least 18 years old. During the pilot, accounts are by invitation only, and each invitation can be used once by the person it was issued to. You may not use Liso if the law prohibits it or if we have previously removed you.
3. Pilot services
Liso is an early, invite-only pilot. Features may change, pause or end, and the Services may have errors or downtime. We will try to give notice of material changes, but we do not promise any particular level of availability during the pilot.
4. Your account
We sign you in without a password, through a link sent to your email or through Google. Keep access to that email secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by helpers or team members you authorize. Tell us right away at support@liso.xyz if you think your account has been misused.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or create on Liso: your music, images, press kit and profile text (“Your Content”).
You give Liso a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, reformat and display Your Content. The license covers operating and improving the Services, showing Your Content to the audiences you choose, and sharing it with businesses where you are included in a shortlist. It lasts until you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared at your direction, and backups that are deleted on our normal schedule.
You confirm you have the rights to Your Content and that it does not violate anyone’s rights or the law.
6. AI-assisted drafts
Liso uses AI to draft profiles, press kits and suggestions from public information and from what you give us. Drafts can be wrong or incomplete. You decide what to confirm, correct or publish, and you are responsible for what you choose to publish.
7. Artist pages from public sources
Liso may create pages about artists who have not joined, using public, cited, professional information. These pages are not endorsed by the artist, and Liso does not claim any relationship with that artist.
Artists can claim their page through our verification process, and anyone can ask us to correct or remove a page at liso.xyz/remove. Claiming a page is free.
8. Opportunities
Liso helps artists and businesses find each other. Liso is not a party to any engagement between them. During the pilot, Liso does not:
- negotiate engagements;
- set, suggest or collect performance fees;
- take a commission on engagements.
Artists set their own rates. Businesses are solely responsible for their offers, payments, permits and legal compliance. Liso is not a licensed talent agency or employment agency.
A shortlist reflects a person’s review of the information available to Liso. It is not a guarantee of any artist’s availability, quality or suitability.
9. Following artists
Following an artist does not create an account. Following is free and you can unfollow at any time. A follow does not mean the artist endorses Liso or knows about the follow.
10. Rules
You agree not to:
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your relationship with an artist or business;
- upload content you do not have rights to;
- harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
- post personal information about others, including anyone under 18;
- scrape, copy or bulk-download the Services, or use them to build a competing database;
- probe, disrupt or bypass our security or access controls;
- use Liso for anything unlawful or for unsolicited advertising.
11. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on Liso infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at copyright@liso.xyz or at the address above. The notice must contain the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3). We remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.
12. Fees
The Services are free during the pilot. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you the price and terms first and will charge you only with your express agreement. Any subscription will follow California’s automatic renewal laws, including easy online cancellation.
13. Third-party services
Liso connects to services such as Spotify, YouTube and Google. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
14. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
15. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or creates risk for others or for Liso. We will give notice where reasonable. Sections 5 (for licenses already granted), 14, 16, 17, 18 and 19 survive.
16. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, LISO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
17. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS:
- LISO IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE OR DATA;
- LISO’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID LISO IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
These limits do not apply where the law forbids them, such as for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.
18. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Liso against third-party claims arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms, to the extent the law allows.
19. Disputes
We would like to hear about a problem first: email legal@liso.xyz, and we will try to resolve it informally within 30 days.
These Terms are governed by California law and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state and federal courts in Santa Clara County, California. Either party may use small claims court instead.
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you also keep the protections of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you may bring claims there.
20. Changes to these Terms
We will post changes here. For material changes, we will tell you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Services after that, you accept the new Terms.
21. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Liso about the Services. If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms; we may transfer them in a merger or sale.
