This role would be the primary relationship-builder with the artists and creators Liso exists to serve, understanding their needs, gathering feedback, and making sure the product reflects real creative careers.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with developing artists, creators, and their teams.
Gather structured feedback to inform product and marketplace decisions.
Represent artist and creator needs internally across Product, Marketplace, and Growth.
Develop and manage artist or creator community programs where appropriate.
Support onboarding and success for early artist and creator cohorts.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years working directly with artists, creators, or talent in the music or creator economy.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Comfort translating qualitative feedback into structured input for product decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
Existing relationships within independent or developing artist communities.
Experience with community-building or artist-success functions.
Familiarity with the practical realities of building a sustainable music career.
Required Skills
Relationship management, qualitative research and feedback synthesis, community building.
Preferred Skills
Music industry network, experience with artist services or artist development.
Required Experience
3+ years working with artists or creators in music or the creator economy.
Preferred Experience
Experience at a music company, label, or artist-services organization.
What Success Could Look Like
First 90 days: an initial base of engaged artist relationships providing structured feedback.
First 180 days: feedback loop visibly shaping product decisions with a healthy, growing relationship base.
Education
No specific degree is required. We weight demonstrated experience, judgment, and outcomes over credentials.
Work Authorization
Must be authorized to work in the United States. Liso does not currently sponsor employment visas.
Travel
Minimal. Occasional travel for team offsites, industry events, or partner meetings may be requested.
