Liso.xyz is an uplifting and creative community. Any harmful, hateful, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

5. NFTs Purchases

5.1. Ownership and Rights

When you purchase an NFT on Liso.xyz, you acquire ownership of a unique digital asset. Ownership of the NFT includes the right to use, sell, and display the digital asset, subject to the underlying intellectual property rights of the artist. Creators and artists retain 100% ownership of their original work unless otherwise agreed in writing between the artist and Liso.xyz. Liso.xyz does not claim rights to any user-generated content or artistic work by default.

5.2. Transactions

All transactions involving NFTs are recorded on the blockchain. Liso.xyz does not control the blockchain and is not responsible for any loss or error arising from blockchain transactions.

6. Return Policy

6.1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of NFTs and other digital content are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

6.2. Physical Products

For physical products, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service.

7. Data Management

We collect personal information that you provide to us, such as when you create an account, purchase an NFT, or interact with other users.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if we have reason to believe that your use of the platform poses a risk to other users or to Liso.xyz.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Liso.xyz is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liso.xyz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the platform.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
